Autobody Medics provided outstanding service from start to finish. Mark made the insurance process smooth and stress-free after our car was hit while parked roadside. The repair work was excellent, the car honestly looks even better than before. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of the car and following up on an AFS dashboard error until it was fully resolved. Mark clearly takes pride in his work, and I highly recommend him and the team at Autobody Medics.

This past September Mark at Autobodymedics did an outstanding job repairing vandalism near our windshield and a door ding on our Subaru Ascent. He handled the insurance process smoothly from start to finish, and the work quality speaks for itself. Clear communication, great results — we'll absolutely be back if we ever need body work again. Highly recommend!

My daughter wrecked my truck and I was looking for a shop, I found Autobody Medics unbeknownst to me it was right up the road so I figured I would stop. Straight out of the gate Mark was very polite, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. Since it was right up the road I decided to let him do the repairs and let me tell you what a painless experience. Once I dropped the truck he took care of everything the only time I had to talk to the insurance was because of the added accessories I had on it. He was quick and done amazing work, for any reason I need autobody work done this will be the guy I go to and I highly recommend you experience what he has to offer. This review is long past due and I apologize. Thank you!

You will never catch someone do body work for me besides Mark and this shop. When I tell you I am BEYOND ecstatic that I rolled the dice and the work I received, the deal and discount. Is beyond fair with EXTREMELY GOOD WORK and did a little extra they didn’t have to do. Kept me updated through the whole process, called and ask about some parts that my insurance company had wrong and got it fixed. Was also very timely considering this is my only vehicle. 10/10 recommend

I was compelled to purchase my first brand new VW Jetta in mid-June 2024 after being rear-ended by a tractor-trailer on I-83 totalling my previously paid off car. Then, in mid-February 2025, I was returning home from dropping off my daughter at her first dance class when a deer suddenly landed on my new car! I was understandably upset and stressed, as this was my brand new vehicle with less than 20,000 miles. Fortunately, during a chance conversation right after the incident, a reliable acquaintance referred me to take my car to AutobodyMedics in York Haven, which proved to be an excellent decision. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service Mark and his team provided, going above and beyond to deal with my difficult insurance company and restoring my severely damaged car to its original condition. I am still amazed by their work and would highly recommend AutobodyMedics in York Haven to anyone requiring auto body services. They are honest, caring, and demonstrate unparalleled work ethic.
